Funeral Chapel and Crematorium
in Weimar
An unused plot in the southernmost
part of the cemetery is the place where
the new Chapel and Crematorium is
situated. At the end of the main path of
the cemetery, momentary aimless, the
Chapel, like a huge stone slab, forms
a breaking point to transform the axis.
The path more and more becomes
room due to a continuous cocooning,
finally evoking a moment of stillness
in the heart of the Chapel.
